Many people assume that because I am a health and wellness educator and a bikini pro, I have always enjoyed perfect health. However, the reality is quite different. Behind the scenes, I have battled Lyme disease, struggled with weight issues, and faced challenges like adrenal fatigue and depression, all while managing polycystic ovary syndrome (PCOS) and other health complications. My journey has taught me that health is not just about appearances or credentials; it's a complex interplay of physical, mental, and emotional well-being that we all navigate in different ways.

As an amateur female bikini bodybuilding competitor and natural athlete, I take my health very seriously. My motto is "health, wellness, and life longevity" at the forefront of everything in my life.
At 44 years old, keeping my hormones happy is of the utmost importance to me, during both competition prep and improvement seasons. I love the feeling of balanced homeostasis that Cycle Sync gives my body. My menstrual cycle is normal, healthy, and predictable even when my bodyfat is low, and my PMS symptoms are oftentimes non existent.

I am 57, soon to turn 58. Had an accident exactly one year ago this month. It left me in a bad way, not wanting to do anything because everything hurt.
